The Obama administration is using Drupal for the government's "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act" website. It demonstrates what is possible with Drupal: The user finds 3-dimensional graphs, videos and interactive features like scrolling through milestones in a timeline.

I saw it and they using Drupal and also there are a lot of sites (e.g. Spread Firefox) using Drupal :)
