Kosuni offers life consultant services by phone and was in need of a web platform to improve their visibility, inform their customers about available consultants, contact possibilities and prices. The website implemented by Servit allows customers to access the profile of each life consultant and find personal and contact information. The costumer can directly check the availability of a consultant thanks to the status information displayed for each consultant. The status data is imported through an XML interface from the telecommunication system (IVR) used and is refreshed on the web page automatically with AJAX. Each consultant can edit and update his/her profile easily thanks to the underlying Drupal CMS.
